Our client is a successful, profitable, subcontract manufacturing company based in the Northwest of England. They have invested heavily in new machinery, multi-axis and now need a new senior sale professional to take the company to full capacity, win new customers and grow the business. This role is all about succession planning, the group wants you to be incentivised and is happy to offer you equity against agreed targets, you will be working closely with the existing Managing Director with a view to moving up when he retires.

The Role

You will take full responsibility for growing sales, new accounts and repeat business as well as developing the commercial growth strategy for the company in design and engineering machining services. The current client base is varied working with prestigious customers in the aerospace, automotive, off highway, rail and agricultural markets. The company has full aerospace accreditation, new state of the art machinery and robotic systems [with the funding and ambition to invest in more] and a brilliant talented engineering team to support you, design and deliver quality components on time.

The Candidate

Excellent proven track record in contract engineering manufacturing service sales

CNC and Axis Milling Services

Experience in Mechanical Components and Engineering

Contacts within aerospace, automotive, rail and other industries

Ambition you will want to take ownership and progress to Managing Director

Integrity you will be able to give an honest assessment on the company pipeline

Diligent you will ensure all trials are completed to the highest quality standards to ensure you convert potential new clients into customers.

Strong Leadership Qualities you may already be running a team, or you may be looking to step up and develop into management and eventually General Management
