Instruments To Industry Ltd, Sterling Sensors UK Ltd and Sella-Askus Ltd merged into one company in 2024. For many years these three companies, all owned by The Precision 21 Group, have operated independently. However, they had a similar customer base and being in adjacent factories with shared resources, it made sense to merge into Sterling ITI.
Through an increase in business, we are now looking to add an additional person into our CNC manufacturing team. We are looking to recruit aCNC miller with XYZ Siemens experience. You must be able to program, set and run the milling machine without supervision.
The work that we do is varied, from small batch one offs to medium batch OEM quantities, being able to work from either an engineering drawing or customer sample is essential.
As a company we offer flexible working hours and we are open to discussing working hours, with a number of our employees currently choosing to work a 4-day week Monday to Thursday. We can also accommodate candidates looking to work on a part time or reduced hours basis.
Sterling ITI are based near Oldham, and you should currently live within a commutable distance of OL8.
