This is a fantastic opportunity for an Electrical Supervisor to join a leading specialist service provider with 20 years of dedicated experience in the Infrastructure, Energy, and Utilities sectors with your focus being within Oil & Gas. They offer Electrical Supervisors the opportunity to manage and lead teams of electricians across various nationwide industrial sites, while also benefiting from excellent training and career progression. You will be responsible for overseeing teams of electricians on a variety of nationwide electrical installation projects within the Oil & Gas sector, specifically working with power distribution, control panels, instrumentation systems, and motor control centers (MCCs). This role also involves planning and managing both reactive and planned maintenance, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Your role as an Electrical Supervisor will be:

Managing teams of electricians on projects and supervising the maintenance and testing of the electrical systems.
Leading electrical work on control panels, instrumentation, motor controls, MCCs, and other industrial systems.
Liaising with contractors, and other stakeholders ensuring smooth project delivery.
Managing time, resources, and schedules for electrical projects on-site.

The successful Electrical Supervisor will need:

Level 3 NVQ or Full Electrical Installations qualification.
2391 & Compex 01-04
Proven in supervising teams of electricians in the Oil & Gas or similar hazardous sectors.
SHEA Passport & SCO1, SCO2
Full UK Driving License (required for traveling to various sites).
