Our client are a well established fit out and refurbishment company based in Greater Manchester. A lot of their projects are within the hospitality sector and are high end refurbishment and fit outs. They are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to joint their team.

About the Role

The Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing multiple fast-track fit-out projects in the retail / hospitality sector from inception to completion. With a focus on delivering high-quality results, this role requires a proven track record of successfully leading projects from 100k to 5m.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple fast-track fit-out projects simultaneously
  • Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and satisfactory client outcomes

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working on fast-track fit-out projects, ideally within the retail / hospitality sector
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines
  • Full UK driving licence, with a clean driving record
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
