Responsibilities:

Manage construction programmes and work closely with site managers to ensure that projects run smoothly
To manage subcontractors
To attend and lead project meetings with clients and representatives
Health and safety supervision

Requirements:

Previous experience with shop fitting and refurbishment
Proven experience in delivering medium to high-value hospitality and leisure projects
To manage projects on site
Knowledge of JCT contracts
Be willing to travel throughout the UK
Full UK driving licence
