This is a fantastic role that offers great variety – no two days are the same. You would be joining a warm and welcoming company with staff who truly care about what they do and are passionate about delivering high levels of customer service.

The role is in two parts:
1. You would be managing the day-to-day operation of the site which would cover maintenance issues, reception  duties and general administration. You would conduct site checks to ensure that the building and occupants are happy and would deal with any issues efficiently and quickly.
2. You would also be responsible for showing potential customers around the site, negotiating renewals, closing deals, signing up new customers once terms have been agreed, networking and generating leads as well as some credit control and financial reporting duties.

You must be able to work on your own, be proactive, be able to build rapport quickly and easily and enjoy working towards financial targets. 

This role would suit someone who has worked within hospitality, retail, property, or recruitment industries previously and might be seeking a change. A commercial sales minded approach is definitely required for this role.

24 days holiday plus your birthday off.

Plus you can earn 25% of your annual salary on specific KPI's which will be agreed on and you will be eligible to earn after the 6 month probation is passed. That would be an additional £7,500 per year.
