Location: Greenfield, OL3

Salary: £24k pa

Permanent, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)

Role Brief

We are looking for a competent and professional Customer Service Advisor to join the Customer Service Team at our office in Greenfield, Oldham.

You will be working with the UK's leading Greenhouse & Glasshouse manufacturer promoting the Hartley Botanic luxury brand.

You will be able to successfully manage and resolve queries efficiently whilst building sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication. You will have the ability to work accurately under pressure, within strict deadlines while being customer focused, with an excellent telephone manner.

This is a key role within our business, reporting directly to the Customer Service’s Supervisor and you will be a brand ambassador offering excellent customer service through the customer’s journey.

Main duties and responsibilities

You will deliver performance through your style and approach. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: -

  • Customer Service – Offer High Luxury brand customer service and build good working relationships to gain the customers confidence and trust.
  • Relationship Building – Relationship Building with customers is a crucial part of our brand partnership.
  • Problem Solver – Be proactive with the confidence in problem solving. Ability to escalate where required.
  • Team Player – Must be able to work well as part of a team.
  • High Attention to detail – Administration of our Production Schedules. Must be able to record data effectively and accurately and have excellent written communication with customers.                              

Role Requirements:

Previous experience within Customer Service is essential. Experience within similar luxury, customer facing manufacturing and/or retail environment is an advantage. This role is an ideal opportunity for an organised and experienced Customer Service Advisor.
