Value Education are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team at an Outstanding Primary School in the Oldham area.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and be committed to helping each child in the most effective way depending on the individual needs.

Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:

Assisting the Class Teacher in preparing lesson materials
Maintaining a tidy and safe classroom environment
Supporting group activities
Providing 1:1 and group assistance to students

Teaching Assistant Requirements:

Previous experience working with children
Teaching Assistant level 2 qualification is beneficial but not essential
Effective communication skills with students, parents, and colleagues
Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism
Passion for innovative and engaging teaching methods
Able commute to Bolton
