Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (dependent on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
We are seeking an experienced Registered Care Home Manager to lead a residential home for children aged 10 to 17 in the Oldham area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the care home.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Lead and support staff to provide high-quality care.
- Foster a safe and nurturing environment for young residents.
- Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Registered Care Home Manager in the UK.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Care.
- Enhanced DBS certificate.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Valid references.
