Are you a Controls / Automation Engineer with experience of DCS / Siemens PCS7, looking to work for an industry-leading Specialty Chemicals company, with a multibillion-pound turnover, specializing in advanced automation and process control?

Do you want to be recognized as a technical expert within DCS programming, with opportunities to support plants globally, including travel to Europe for technical collaboration and system optimization?

In this role, you will be involved in the design, implementation, and optimization of control systems for complex chemical manufacturing processes. You will manage system upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with local and international teams to improve plant operations. This position offers opportunities for developing and implementing advanced process control strategies.

This role would suit a Control Systems Engineer, with Siemens PCS7 / DCS experience, looking to join a global company offering exposure to international projects, focused on automation and system optimization.

The Role:

  • Programming and configuring distributed control systems (DCS) within chemical plants
  • Implementing control strategies and advanced process control systems to optimize production
  • Providing technical support for system troubleshooting and fault diagnosis across global plants
  • Collaborating on system upgrades, capacity expansion, and process improvements

The Person:

  • Control Systems Engineer or similar
  • Siemens PCS7 / DCS experience
  • UK Driving Licence
