Role Responsibilities- Oversee a portfolio of clients, acting as the main point of contact for their financial needs
- Prepare and review accounts for a wide range of businesses, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Support and mentor junior colleagues, reviewing their work and providing constructive feedback
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering tailored financial advice and solutions
- Manage workflows to ensure deadlines are met, and clients receive exceptional service
- Contribute to the overall success of the team by identifying opportunities for growth and improvement

Candidate Requirements- Be ACA, ACCA, or AAT qualified (or equivalent), with significant experience in practice.
- Have proven experience in managing client portfolios.
- Demonstrate strong technical skills in accounts preparation and compliance.
- Be confident in mentoring and reviewing the work of junior colleagues.
- Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Be organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- £50,000 to £70,000 per annum
