• Managing a varied portfolio of SME clients, including year-end accounts, tax, and general business advisory
• Reviewing work prepared by the team and ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients, handling queries and offering proactive advice
• Supporting and developing junior members of staff through coaching, feedback, and reviews
• Working closely with partners to identify new business opportunities and grow client relationships
• Playing a key role in improving internal systems, processes, and service delivery

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with significant practice experience
• Previous experience managing a portfolio of clients
• Strong technical knowledge across accounts and tax
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A proactive, client-focused approach and a passion for helping businesses grow
• Experience leading and mentoring junior team members
• Commercial acumen and a willingness to contribute to business development

• £70,000 to £90,000 pa
