Your Role will involve:As the Senior Finance Business Partner, you'll collaborate with executive and commercial teams, becoming a trusted advisor while taking ownership of financial management and strategic planning. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing strong working relationships across teams.
  • Managing budgets, re forecasting, and delivering insightful financial analysis.
  • Driving improvements in data processing and reporting.
  • Producing timely and accurate management accounts, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Leading continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring robust financial controls.

What We're Looking For:To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Qualification as an ACA, CIMA, or ACCA accountant.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a results-driven mindset.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems (preferably Sage Line 1000), and financial reporting.
  • A proven track record in managing budgets, improving processes, and fostering collaboration.
