We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lending Case Manager to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will manage and process lending cases, acting as a key point of contact for customers and professional introducers. Your expertise in banking or lending, particularly in case processing or case management, will be essential in delivering successful outcomes.Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing a portfolio of lending cases from initial enquiry to completion.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for customers and professional introducers, maintaining regular communication and providing updates throughout the process.
  • Building and managing strong relationships with all stakeholders to ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Liaising with lenders, solicitors, and other parties to facilitate the smooth progression of cases.
  • Preparing and reviewing documentation, including debentures, deeds of parity, and title deeds.
  • Conducting due diligence and ensuring compliance with lending criteria and regulations.
  • Providing relationship management support, resolving queries promptly, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the client experience.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to team success.
What you need:
  • Proven experience in banking, lending, or commercial finance within a case processing or case management role.
  • Familiarity with debentures, deeds of priority, and title deeds (highly advantageous).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-level customer service and build lasting professional relationships.
  • A proactive mindset and keen attention to detail.
