Rate of pay

£12.50 per hour, higher rates on overtime

Working hours

6pm /7pm/8pm - 8 hour shift with 45 min unpaid break
Number of shifts per week can vary depending on the holiday cover needed.

Responsibilities of the FLT Counterbalance Operative

Taking pallets off bays and loading onto vehicles
Loading and unloading vans and wagons with pallets
Replenishing palletisers with empty pallets
Maintaining the yard
Manual handling

Requirements of the FLT Counterbalance Operative

Attention to detail
Valid Counterbalance licence
Ability to work as part of a team.
