Assembler - Working from Schmatic Drawings
Hours are Monday to Thursday 7.00a.m. - 4.00p.m. With a 12.00p.m. Finish on a Friday (30 mins lunch)
Pay is £12.00 per hour - Pay increase after 13 weeks work.
Temporary with a view to Permanent work is a possibility.
Requires experience of working from a blue print, using hand tools and assembling pumps.
ASSEMBLER
1.Job Purpose
Preparing Components,
Building & Testing various Electro-Hydraulic, Pneumatic Control Valves, Ball & Needle Valves, Electro Power Packs for the Gas and Oil Industry
2. Primary Responsibilities
- Preparing Electro-Hydraulic and Pneumatic components ready for assembly.
- Building & Assembling above components into valves
- Marking Components & finished valves to specification, ie: ATEX
- Building valves from worksheet specifications
- Testing components & valves
- Sharing product & build knowledge & training where necessary

3. Qualifications Knowledge & Skills Required
- Good hand eye co-ordination and manual dexterity
- An ability to maintain an excellent standard after many repetitions
- Working to a deadline
- Working as part of a team.
