What you will be doing as an Estimator:
- Managing cost budgets and estimates
- Managing new and existing contracts
- Preparing proposals for each client
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Prepare and submit financial documents
- Liaise with other company departments business development
- Continuously innovate profitable outcomes and maximize profit
What you need to bring:
- Proven track record of success in estimating (Preferably in Hospitality but not essential)
- Experience in selling
- Exceptional negotiation skills
- Have strong rapport building skills and ability to develop relationships
- Have positive and outgoing personality
