Job title: Head of HR
Location: Oldham
Salary: £50k - £55k
This is a permanent, office based role with flexibility around hours and 20 days holiday + Banks, increasing by 1 every year up to 25.
I am working with a well established manufacturing business in Oldham who are looking for a Head of HR to join their team, this will report into the MD and have two junior reporting lines. The role is a mixture of operational and strategic and will involve working closely with Managers and SLT to drive the business forward from a people perspective.
