Job Title: Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Salary: £38K-£41K DOE

Shifts: Mon - Thurs 10 hour Days Flexible Start Times

Location: Oldham

A leading manufacturer for their industry, they have multiple sites across the UK operating for Multiple years. As a Multi skilled maintenance engineer you will have the chance to work and be trained on bespoke machinery to the industry to help maintain the company status as a market leader in the sector.

The Role

My client are looking for a Multi skilled maintenance engineer to join their team at. As a maintenance engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our production equipment and facilities are maintained to the highest standards, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a range of production equipment.

  • Identify faults, diagnose, and repair breakdowns and perform preventative maintenance on all machinery.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work and ensure that all equipment is safe and compliant with relevant legislation and standards.
  • Project and Continues improvemnts works.

Requirements

  • To have a NVQ level 3 or equivalent in Engineering either Electrical or Mechanical.
  • Previous experience in a Manufacturing or plant environment.
  • Ability to diagnose and repair faults and perform preventative maintenance on production equipment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
