Are you an experienced Microsoft 365 administrator looking for a new opportunity in Chadderton? Our client is seeking an O365 (Office 365) Administrator, offering a competitive salary of up to £60k along with excellent benefits.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing IT and technical support to align with the company's business needs. You'll act as the subject matter expert for their Microsoft 365 environment, focusing on configuring, maintaining, and optimising the platform. You'll also advise on M365, Azure, O365 projects and initiatives.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing IT support in the planning, deploying, administering, maintaining, and upgrading of systems and services
  • Working on projects and initiatives that may be both local and global, in collaboration with other IT teams
  • Planning and executing migrations, updates, and integration with other systems
  • Providing ongoing technical design input and implementing updates to the current SharePoint landscape
  • Troubleshooting issues and implementing changes to enhance the performance of related systems

Your experience should include:

  • Proven O365 administration experience, with a particular focus on managing the user environment and E5 licences
  • Strong knowledge of Intune, including proven experience with global deployment and management
  • Experience diagnosing and resolving problems within a Microsoft Cloud Environment
  • In-depth technical understanding of SharePoint Online, MS Teams, PowerShell, Azure, and Exchange
  • Administration and management within the Microsoft Cloud
  • Proficiency in English
