This long established and successful company is looking for a Transport Fleet Administrator to join them.The role includes a salary of 25,065 and an attendance bonus where you can earn up to another 900. Benefits that include holidays that increase to 26 days holiday plus bank holidays over time, pension scheme, and free onsite parking.

What will you be doing as a Transport Fleet Administrator:
Working in a busy office, you will provide support to the Transport department, carrying out all admin duties relating to company vehicles. Duties will include:

  • Assisting in the movement of vehicles for service, MOT and other bookings
  • Amending and managing fleet schedules and documents
  • Creating and updating fuel and mileage reports for the fleet
  • Maintaining and communicating MOT and service bookings to all fleet drivers
  • Controlling and maintaining vehicle inspection and MOT schedules
  • Producing documents and allocating to delivery schedules
  • Checking documents on return from customers, identifying queries and filing documents
  • Helping co-ordinate and control pool car allocations, managing the movement of all car fleet vehicles as required
  • Assisting with problems with vehicles including breakdowns and accidents and co-ordinating with service partners
  • Managing and controlling accounts for the pool car diary
  • Assisting with moving cars between this site and another Manchester site


We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

  • Ideally experience in a similar Fleet Administrator, Transport Administrator or Logistics Administrator role or a highly organised administrator who is keen to build a career in transport
  • Comfortable with Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Bright and keen to build a career in Fleet and Transport
  • Highly organised with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work to deadlines
  • Must have full current driving licence and have their own transport
