This role will support the Head of Marketing and work across the full marketing team, delivering assets in line with brand guidelines to develop a strong identity and drive conversion. The Role is to focus on assets for the website and all digital marketing materials

You will be ensuring creative briefs are delivered on time, research best in practise design and understand website usability.

Skills required:

  • Must have advance experience in Adobe suite & relevant software. Be able to also animate GIFs and create/edit video content.
  • Has a background in ECOM website design - A good understanding of Magento is desirable.
  • Understanding of HTML and CSS.
  • Experienced with building campaigns across the full marketing mix eg. Email, Social, Affiliate, Website.
  • Knowledge of UX Design and interaction with developers.

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving briefs from the marketing team and working with the Head of Marketing to create concepts and ideas prior to design and sign off.
  • Creating visual concepts that meet the needs of the business, maintaining consistency across all touchpoints through static and motion design.
  • Delivery of assets to deadline and brief.
  • Pitch new ideas to elevate campaigns/marketing efforts with an ability to think outside of the box and drive a point of difference for our brand versus others.
  • Understand the requirements of brand and confidently communicate these via design.
  • Competitor analysis - Monitor the campaigns of competitors and develop ways to execute our campaigns even better.
  • Creating presentations for internal teams and external suppliers.
