About Stoneswood House:
Welcome to the inviting haven of Stoneswood Retirement Living Home! Nestled in the idyllic village of Delph, Saddleworth. This privately owned development is meticulously crafted to cater to the comfort and wellbeing of our residents.

With 45 beds, many featuring wet rooms or en-suite facilities, and showcasing sweeping hills of the countryside, our residence offers a tranquil escape. Featuring multiple lounges, dining areas, and abundant spaces for relaxation and socialisation, Stoneswood exudes a warm and homely atmosphere.

As a Senior Care Assistant, you'll be part of a dedicated team providing quality care and support - this pivotal role involves:
  • Coordinating handovers
  • Delegating tasks to staff
  • Managing medication administration
  • Providing leadership and support to the team
  • Assisting with meal times
  • Liaising with healthcare professionals and family members
  • Overseeing the overall shift
  • Assisting residents including personal care, and medication
  • Offering support and companionship
  • Completing checks to ensure of comfort and wellbeing
In order to be considered as a Senior Care Assistant with us, you will need:

Hours:Full Time - 36 hours per week - 8am-8pm (days) or 8pm-8am (nights)
