Value Education is currently working with a Primary School in Bury, seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their team and support students in achieving their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the class teacher in lesson planning and delivery
- Prepare teaching materials and resources
- Facilitate group activities and discussions
- Provide individual and group support to students as needed
- Excellent team player with the ability to work independently when required
- Passionate about promoting academic success for all students
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to establish professional relationships with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues
- Provide regular feedback to the class teacher on student progress
