Our client is a well-established supplier of refrigeration and air conditioning services, across a wide range of sectors. We are looking for a candidate with exceptional customer service skills. If you are great on the telephone with a minimum of 5 years experience in a similarrrole we want to hear from you!

  • Ensure all new calls are allocated to engineers in a timely manner
  • Will effectively plan engineers callouts to customers and ensure the work is allocated effectively
  • Continually communicate with customers should any problems arise on site
  • Monitoring and dealing with service call outs via the service desk email box

Are you:

  • IT Literate (able to use Outlook and MS office suite of products)
  • Building services experience helpful
  • able to provide a professional, friendly, can-do response when dealing with colleagues and customers
  • A strong team player
  • Customer service focused
  • A strong communicator and have a keen eye for attention to detail
  • Have excellent experience in a service desk role (minimum 5years ideally)

The role is office based with a salary of up to £32,000 (negotiable)plus benefits
