Team Leader - Vacancy

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team on a temp to permanent basis.

Position: Team Leader

Days: Monday to Thursday, 7:15 am - 6:00 pm (41 hours) with 1 hour over time

Rate: £11.44 per hour (increase to £12.59 per hour)

Location: OL9 (Chadderton)

Duties:

Leading a team of 10 production operatives on a fast-paced production line.
Ensuring the line is running efficiently and meeting tight deadlines.
Managed associated paperwork and reported directly to the production manager.
Motivating and supporting team members to achieve their goals.

Criteria:

Proven track record of success in a similar leadership role.
Excellent time management and attendance.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
