If so, then we have the role for you!Poised for further growth, and investment, we are now seeking to recruit a Junior Production Planner who will help deliver fantastic service in a fast paced manufacturing facility. The successful Junior Production Planner will be responsible for checking the production plan is met, liaising with internal production, quality, purchasing and logistics teams (and external suppliers and customers) to make sure parts are in the right place at the right time for prouction volumes to be hit.Junior Production Planner - Role and Responsibilities - ERP / MRP / Production Planning / Production Control / Supply Chain* Delivering against Production Plans and Work Orders that meet customer requirements and are in line with production capacity* Liaising cross functionally with all areas of Operations as required to maintain an accurate Production Plan* Action customer Defer & Expedite requests, where possible* Proactively liaising directly with the Sales, Service, Manufacturing, Purchasing and Supply Chain teams to feedback any changes to the Production Plan that may impact customer delivery* Learning about ERP systemsJunior Production Planner - Skills and Abilities - ERP / MRP / Production Planning / Production Control / Supply Chain* GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths at a good standard* Any Production Planning / Scheduling experience within a manufacturing environment would be beneficial* Previous experience preparing production plans against capacity hours, understanding Work Orders, as well as exporting and analysing data would give a distinct advantage* An understanding of planning process requirementsJunior Production Planner, ERP, MRP, Production Planning, Production Control, Supply ChainIf this role could appeal please do apply now!
