We are seeking a time-served Mechanical Fitter with prior engineering or mechanical experience to join our team.
Candidates must have relevant qualifications and the ability to read engineering drawings.
The role involves assembling machinery and requires experience with measuring tools and workshop machinery.
A high attention to detail and the ability to interpret work instructions are essential, along with a willingness to work overtime when necessary.

We are looking for someone a time-served Mechaical Fitter with previous engineering/mechanical experience to work within the existing team undertaking machine building, including assembling components and sub-assemblies.Essential requirements of the role:

• Be time served with the relevant qualifications• Have mechanical engineering experience• Be able to read engineering drawings• Be able to assemble machinery• Have experience in the use of measuring tools• Competent to use general workshop machinery and hand tools related to the role of mechanical fitter• Interpret work instructions and perform work to time and quality with a high attention to detail• Willing to work overtime when required

Hours of work:Monday – Thursday 08:00 – 16:30

Friday 08:00 – 15:30
