Our client, a well-established manufacturer of aluminium and plastic extrusion parts, is looking for a skilled Powder Coating Operative to join their growing team. If you have experience in powder coating or working within a paint shop, this is your chance to secure a long-term role with excellent career prospects.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate the powder coating plant
- Perform quality checks to ensure a flawless finish
- Adjust machine settings to maintain high production standards
- Follow safe working practices and operational procedures
- Identify and resolve issues to enhance efficiency
- Assist with preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes for better productivity and quality

- Previous experience in powder coating, a paint shop, or a similar manufacturing role
- A keen eye for detail and dedication to delivering quality work
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and prioritize tasks
