Are you an experienced Fee Earner with a solid background in General Litigation?

My client is a nationally regarded, full-service law firm, accredited in providing comprehensive legal services within Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence, Private Client Family Law and Property.

They are seeking an experienced General Litigation Fee Earner to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will have all-round experience in areas of Litigation including Private Client, Property, Personal Injury and Employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a diverse caseload of inheritance/wills disputes, boundary disputes, contractual disputes, TOLATA claims, employment matters, settlement agreements, and landlord & tenant.
  • Liaising with client, third parties and solicitors, keeping clients up to date with the progression of their cases, updating reports and dealing with correspondence.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor, CILEX or lawyer.
  • Strong knowledge in most areas of general litigation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload and work to tight deadlines.
  • Client-focused approach with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
