Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm - workshop based
Pay up to £39,500 dependant on experience
DCS Recruitment are recruiting a Workshop Engineer for our client based in Oldham.* The service and maintenance of electrical materials handling equipment* Fault finding, planned preventative maintenance and pre delivery inspection of forklift trucks* Maintaining a clean and orderly working area including common areas* Adhering to all health and safety guidelines and workshop rules* Completing job cards and ensuring all required parts to complete tasks are orderedWhat will help you to excel in this role:* Experience of working on either; cars, forklifts, plant equipment, cleaning machines, powered access, HGV's or similar.Relevant technical qualification* Previous experience within either a workshop or field based position* Good understanding of hydraulic, mechanical and electrical principals* The ability to work independently and under pressure* The ability to manage and prioritise workloadWhat you can expect from us:* Negotiable base salary up too £39,496* Future development and career opportunities* Contributory pension scheme with employer contributions up to 6%* Profitshare bonus based on business performance
