Working on new build apartments you'll be responsible for monitoring quality of work, snag lists and working with the Site Manager to co-ordinate trades, sub-contractors and assist with H&S.
You will need to have a Joinery trade background, SMSTS or SSSTS, Skilled / Mgr CSCS Card and be able to provide working references.
Minimum 3mths work - but will probably extend if you're willing to work on other sites around Greater Manchester.
Rate - 26ph (can be paid CIS) negotiable.
