- Assisting with the preparation of legal documents for residential and commercial property matters.
- Handling client communications, ensuring queries are dealt with professionally and efficiently.
- Managing case files, including document organisation, data entry, and updating records in the Case Management System.
- Carrying out property searches and client ID checks, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Supporting the team with exchanges, completions, and Land Registry applications.
- Performing general administrative tasks, such as managing emails, scheduling appointments, and assisting with billing processes.
- A law graduate (or related degree) with a keen interest in property law or legal administration.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new legal software.
