Whether you're considering a future in property law or simply want to build a strong foundation in legal administration, this role will give you the skills and exposure you need to grow.The Role:As a Conveyancing Admin Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the team with the smooth running of property transactions. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting with the preparation of legal documents for residential and commercial property matters.
  • Handling client communications, ensuring queries are dealt with professionally and efficiently.
  • Managing case files, including document organisation, data entry, and updating records in the Case Management System.
  • Carrying out property searches and client ID checks, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Supporting the team with exchanges, completions, and Land Registry applications.
  • Performing general administrative tasks, such as managing emails, scheduling appointments, and assisting with billing processes.
What We’re Looking For:
  • A law graduate (or related degree) with a keen interest in property law or legal administration.
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new legal software.
