- Providing quotes to clients via an online portal.
- Opening, managing, and closing files using a case management system.
- Liaising with estate agents, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and clients.
- Preparing contract packs and drafting SDLT returns.
- Handling post-completion tasks (AP1s, requisitions, notice of transfer/charge).
- General administrative support, including correspondence and telephone calls.
- Experience with Case Management systems and client interaction.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and standard IT systems.
- At least 1 year of experience in conveyancing.
