Our client is looking for a pro-active and experienced Warehouse Manager to be a part of their ambitious growth plans. You'll be joining a great team which are looking to future-proof their business through an exciting period of transformation. Based onsite in Oldham, you'll manage a small team and be responsible for ensuring day to day KPI's are achieved; working closely with the wider team to optimise inventory & service levels.

What does the role entail?

  • Overseeing the daily picking, packing, and transportation of distribution orders.
  • Ensuring orders meet delivery schedules in both quantity and quality.
  • Maintaining accurate stock records using Sage 200.
  • Keep the warehouse organised and compliant with Health and Safety standards.
  • Recruit, train, and manage warehouse staff.
  • Maintain clear communication with production departments and the sales office.
