Our client, who is a specialist in multi-utility connections, is looking for a Utilities Coordinator to join their team. As the Utilities Coordinator you will manage client relationships, handle POC (point of connections) applications, create quotations and ensure customer satisfaction.  You will also manage accounts, provide technical support and collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs. Key responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong client and team relationships through effective communication
  • Manage client accounts, ensuring excellent service and lasting partnerships
  • Use multi-utilities sector expertise to deliver tailored solutions
  • Lead projects from start to finish, meeting deadlines and quality standards
  • Resolve client issues and enhance outcomes with strong problem-solving skills
  • Respond promptly and accurately to POC (point of connections) enquiries
  • Ensure organised and detailed project documentation
  • Coordinate utilities installations or construction projects for smooth execution

Skills and experience required: 

  • 2-3 years of experience in a multi-utilities or connections role

  • Background in utilities installations or construction project management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong administrative skills with a focus on relationship building
