Shift times: Mon - Thurs 08:00 - 17:00, Fri 08:00 - 16:00

Manpower is excited to offer an opportunity with our national client based in Oldham. We are recruiting for a 6-month fixed contract, with start dates ASAP and lasting until August 25th. This role includes hybrid working, where you'll join a dynamic team in the office three days a week.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in Fire Risk Assessment or Risk Hub (preferred).
  • Proven work scheduling and customer-focused experience.
  • Track record of meeting performance targets and delivering results.
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written).
  • Methodical with accurate record-keeping.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with databases and information management.


About the role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operative Planning Coordinator. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient scheduling of operational tasks, directly supporting our commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling & Coordination: Plan regional operative's work schedules, collaborating with the operational team to meet KPIs.
  • Maintenance Scheduling: Coordinate maintenance repairs to meet operational and customer needs.
  • System Management: Maintain and update the scheduling system for accurate information.
  • Customer Liaison: Work with customer service to manage appointments and resolve issues.
  • Query Resolution: Address inquiries promptly, adhering to service standards.
  • Commercial Collaboration: Support the commercial team with subcontractor orders and ensuring value for money.
  • Compliance & Data Protection: Ensure GDPR compliance when handling customer data.
  • Health & Safety: Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for all.
  • Safeguarding: Follow safeguarding procedures to protect customers and colleagues.
