Are you an experienced Maintenance Manager looking to join a well-established manufacturer in a fast-paced role where you'll be the key decision maker across all Maintenance activities?On offer is the chance to step into an all-encompassing role where you'll have the chance to be a driving force of change within their Maintenance department, whilst working for a long-standing and successful manufacturer.Established over 30 years ago, this well-established lighting manufacturer have amassed a successful reputation for themselves and they are currently seeking an ambitious Maintenance Manager to take charge of the dept.In this role, you'll oversee a small engineering team which you will get the chance to develop further whilst driving change to benefit the company's health & safety processes.This is a fantastic opportunity to put your stamp on a well-established and successful business who are offering long-term career prospects, where you'll be a key decision maker within the engineering team.The role:
- Oversee a small maintenance team
- Implementing improvements to processes within the dept
- Monday - Thursday / 7am - 4.30pm, Fridays 7am - 1.15pm
- £50,000 - £55,000 + Annual Bonus + Overtime + Career Progression + Extra Training + Excellent Company Benefits
The person:
- Maintenance Engineering background
- Experience in manufacturing environments
- Leadership experience
