Senior Site Manager position available on new build multi room scheme close to Oldham, Greater Manchester. This will be a full cycle project including all associated groundworks, steel frame erection, brickwork cladding and internal fit out. This will involve overseeing a team of 2 Site Managers and an Assistant overseeing their own packages.

Requirements for this role:

- 5 Years Senior Site Manager / No.1 Site Manager experience

- Experience on multi room / Apartment new builds

- Tier 1 or Tier 2 experience

- SMSTS, CSCS Black
