My Client who is a leading manufacturer in their field is seeking an experienced Design Engineer to join their team.
Design Engineer Requirements:
- Sheet metal knowledge and experience is essential.
- Retail fabrication knowledge or lighting design experience would be beneficial.
- To be proficient in Solidworks
- Good work ethic & attitude
- Good spoken & written English
- Good level of Maths & English
- Any engineering qualifications would be beneficial.
Design Engineer Duties:
- Dealing with customers to produce drawings from quotations.
- Adaptation of customer design drawings
- Planning parts/assemblies to create BOM's and quotations.
- Assisting with projects
- Mentor and support junior designers
