Job Description:
Our Client is seeking a Customer Care Advisor to join our team at The Mills, Hollinwood. This is a fixed-term position starting from Monday, 3rd March, until 31st August. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, managing customer inquiries, and supporting our regeneration projects within the North West region.

Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide updates and information regarding ongoing regeneration projects.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments or service visits.
- Maintain accurate customer records and manage communication effectively.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to senior staff where necessary.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or customer care role is essential.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well within a team and manage a busy workload.
- A professional and empathetic approach to customer interactions.
- Knowledge of the regeneration or construction industry is desirable but not essential.
