We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide human resources support to our professional manufacturing client. Reporting into the HR Director you will be based in Oldham with travel to the Redditch site weekly. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading HR processes, driving change, and fostering a positive working environment at both sites of approx 250 employees.

Description

  • Partner 2 sites for all aspects of HR
  • Lead and manage the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Analyse trends and metrics to develop solutions and programs.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
  • Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees.
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, increase productivity and retention.
  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.

Profile

A successful HR Business Partner should have:

  • Be able to travel to Redditch weekly as part of the role
  • A degree in Human Resources or related field - desired
  • Proven working experience in Human Resources role in industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and judgement skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR related tools.
