A well-established leader in the interior retail space is seeking an enthusiastic Operations Administrator to join their team. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth collaboration across design, sales, and production teams.
What You’ll Do
As part of our Group Operations team, you will:
- Coordinate production schedules and facilitate daily scheduling meetings to align teams and update stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records, verify production documents, and ensure sales order consistency.
- Liaise with sales, design, and operations to communicate progress, manage changes, and meet deadlines.
- Procure raw materials and services, balancing cost-effectiveness with timely delivery.
- Organise transportation and installation logistics, working with installers and coordinating equipment.
- Prepare reports to support operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
You’ll excel in this role if you:
- Have experience in administration, project coordination, and cross-departmental collaboration.

- Have excellent communication skills and are confident in leading meetings.
