We are currently working in partnership with one of nation’s largest Housing Associations, who are looking to appoint a Senior Administrator on an initial three month basis.

This will be a full-time position based in Oldham, with hybrid working (2/3 days home working) and an hourly rate of £19.72 paid via an Umbrella Company.

The ideal candidate will have worked within Social Housing delivering the administrative/scheduling aspects of a Compliance Function. An understanding of Gas, Heating and Hot Water compliance would also be a bonus.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Monitoring the performance of external contractors/suppliers and ensuring the health of the contracts/budget compliance
  • Overseeing/monitoring the wider Heating, Hot water, and Domestic Gas inboxes
  • Creating work/purchase orders and chasing invoices
  • Developing, maintaining and monitoring systems (NEC), registers and databases for the overall Gas/heating team ensuring accurate data input
  • Providing and updating compliance documents, producing detailed reports to feedback to the Contracts Manager

Experience required:

  • Experience required in Social Housing
  • Experience leading a team of Compliance Administrators
  • Experience on developing reports based on data, ensuring a diligent eye
  • Experience ensuring adherence with statutory Compliance within domestic properties
