Time recruitment are currently recruiting experienced and Skilled Fabricators to work for our successful engineering client based in Oldham. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leader in there industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating metal components and assemblies according to specifications and engineering drawings. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of fabrication techniques. Previous MIG or TIG welding experience would also be advantageous. Duties of this role will include:

  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
  • Working independently and as part of a team
  • Assembling jobs from scratch
  • Mig Welding
  • Operating overhead cranes
  • Quality checking your own work
  • Maintaining fabrication equipment

The successful candidate must:

  • Have previous fabricating experience
  • Have good communication skills
  • Have a strong background in metalwork
  • Have great attention to detail
  • Be a team player
