  • Managing Your Own Diary: Organise and plan your day effectively to maximise productivity and meet targets.
  • Managing Client Expectations: Understand client needs, build trust, and provide tailored solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Prioritising Tasks: Stay focused and adaptable, ensuring key tasks are completed on time while maintaining a high standard of work.
  • Sales Outreach: Make outbound calls to generate new business opportunities, nurturing leads into long-lasting partnerships.  
  • CRM Management: Input client data accurately into our CRM system, learning to use IT tools to track sales pipelines and performance.
