Skilled Careers is working with a leading client in the social housing sector, we are looking for an experienced Gas Engineer to join a team with a main contractor in the Oldham area on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be expected to carry out various service, breakdown and installation works on social housing properties.

 

Overview for the role:

Job Title: Gas Engineer

Location: Oldham, Manchester

Rate: £41,305.67 + benefits package

Responsibilities of the Gas Engineer:

  • Complete various Service & Breakdown tasks
  • Complete various Installation works
  • Be able to work unsupervised and complete works to a high standard

 

Requirements for Gas Engineer role:

  • Full Domestic ACS – CCN1, CENWAT, CPA1, HTR1, MET1
  • Carbon Monoxide Testing - CMDDA1
  • Unvented Hot Water – U/VHW Water Regulations Code WR1
  • City and Guilds Craft Certificate and Advanced Craft Certificate in Plumbing and Heating or Equivalent
  • Social Housing Experience
  • Full UK Driving License
