This role of Product Coordinator is ideal for a highly organised individual with a keen eye for detail who can support product setup and critical path management. The Product Data Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring product data is accurately maintained and will act as a vital link between multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities in the position of Product Coordinator:- Collate, coordinate, and manage new SKU information.
- Responsible for data input and control of all product details in internal systems.
- Oversee critical path management for new product launches, ensuring key milestones are met and proactively addressing any risks.
- Work closely with finance, production, QA, buying, merchandising, and sales teams to support the technical setup of new products.
- Maintain product information across all internal systems, ensuring accuracy from creation to activation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and champion operational efficiencies.
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with Sage 200 is advantageous.
- A systematic and logical approach to problem-solving.
- Highly organised, able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with experience in coordinating projects across teams.
- A valid driving licence is required due to office location.
