Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team and lead the successful delivery of planned works for our social housing client. As the primary point of contact for our client, you will work closely with them to ensure their satisfaction and nurture our relationship.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Achieve financial targets and mitigate potential losses for the company.
• Promote our company values and maintain a safe and productive working environment.
• Collaborate with inspections, audits, and improvement plans to continuously improve our processes and practises.
• Oversee the successful delivery of planned works, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines and KPIs.

• All managers, supervisors, subcontractors, and Tenant Liaison Officers (TLOs)

• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Customer-focused with excellent decision-making skills.
• Experience in employee development and mentoring.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Extensive experience in managing planned works for social housing refurbishment schemes.

• A natural leader with the ability to nurture and develop teams.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills.
• Effective problem-solving abilities.

As a Project Manager, you will engage with various teams, including direct reports, branch teams, heads of departments, directors, clients, and subcontractors.

• Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum
• Car allowance or company car provided.
• 26 days holiday with private medical insurance.
• Must have significant experience in a similar role.
• Must be able to effectively manage a large team.
• Strong understanding of planned and project work.
• Experience in the social housing industry (NOT Just construction).
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Good commercial understanding.
