Job Title: Project Manager Location: Oldham / Leeds Reporting to: Regional Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team and lead the successful delivery of planned works for our social housing client. As the primary point of contact for our client, you will work closely with them to ensure their satisfaction and nurture our relationship.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Achieve financial targets and mitigate potential losses for the company.
  • Promote our company values and maintain a safe and productive working environment.
  • Collaborate with inspections, audits, and improvement plans to continuously improve our processes and practises.
  • Oversee the successful delivery of planned works, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines and KPIs.
Responsible for:
  • All managers, supervisors, subcontractors, and Tenant Liaison Officers (TLOs)
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
  • Customer-focused with excellent decision-making skills.
  • Experience in employee development and mentoring.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Extensive experience in managing planned works for social housing refurbishment schemes.
