Are you a Project Manager or similar with a background in Construction or Fit Outs looking for a varied role in a well-established, privately owned company, where you where you will have the autonomy to oversee end-to-end Commercial projects in a role offering a bonus where you will work closely with the Directorship team?
Over the last 14 years, this company has established itself as a leading contractor for Fit-Outs and Light Building. Their work covers various sectors, including leisure, food and beverage, retail, stadiums, and workspaces, with project values ranging from 1,000 to 1 million, due to their continued growth they are looking to build their Project team.
This role would see you working primarily in the office as you are responsible for end-to-end project management, liaising with clients and overseeing on-site teams. You will undertake some weekly visits to sites primarily locally in and around Manchester, in addition to undertaking some occasional travel to meet with clients and subcontractors further around the UK.
This technical role would suit a Project Manager with a background in Fit-Out projects looking for a specialist role where you will undertake varied and exciting projects for a dynamic client base in a role offering a company car.
The Role:
- End-to-end Project Management.
- Work closely with clients and on-site teams on Fit-Out Projects.
- Liaising with the Director and other members of the senior leadership team.
- Mon-Fri, occasional overtime, nationwide travel.
The Person:
- Project Manager or similar.
- Background working on Fit-Outs.
- Commutable to Oldham- willing to undertake some travel nationwide.
